Firebis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these policies. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Sharing login credentials

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Violating the terms of use for digital products
  If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any purchases or products associated with it.

5. Account Recovery
In the event you forget your password or are locked out of your account, you may request a password reset via email. Firebis will assist in restoring your account but cannot guarantee that access will be granted if account security is compromised.

6. Account Deletion
You may delete your Firebis account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, you will lose access to all digital products, and your personal data will be removed according to Firebis’ data retention policy.
